Start with the symptom

You have a problem.Not a product category.

Nobody wakes up wanting managed infrastructure. They wake up to an email that bounced, a site that's down, or a bad feeling about who still has the logins. Find yours.

01

“Something is down right now”

Site, email or server, and it was working yesterday. Tell us what changed, if anything, and what you can and can't reach. We'll start with getting you back up and work out the cause afterwards.

02

“Our email goes to spam”

Usually the records that prove your mail is genuinely yours are missing, incomplete or contradicting each other. It is fixable, and you can see most of it yourself in a few seconds.

03

“We think we have been hacked”

Don't delete anything yet. The traces are often the quickest way to find the way in. We contain it, clean it, close the hole, and tell you honestly what we think was reached.

04

“We are moving host, platform or office”

The move that goes wrong is the one where the website arrives and the email doesn't. One plan, one order of operations, the old setup kept alive until the new one is proven.

05

“The website is slow”

Sometimes it's the server, sometimes it's the site, and quite often it's one query or one oversized image. We measure before we spend your money on a bigger machine.

06

“Someone has left”

Mail, hosting, the domain registrar, the shared password in the team chat. There is more than anyone remembers, which is why we write the list down once and use it every time.

07

“We inherited someone else’s setup”

No documentation, no logins, and the person who built it is long gone. We start by finding out what actually exists, then get the accounts back into your name.

08

“We do not know if our backups work”

Almost everyone has backups. Far fewer have restored one. Until a restore has been tested, the honest status is unknown rather than fine.

09

“A client or insurer is asking questions”

Security questionnaires, due diligence, an insurance renewal. We can review what you have, fix the cheap wins and write the answers down in language a non-technical reader will accept.

None of those quite fit?

That's normal, and it isn't a problem. Describe it in your own words, however untechnical, and we'll tell you whether it's something we do. If it isn't, we'll say so rather than take the work.
